Honest and reliable shop, my favorite place to be when I'm in need of repairs. They make sure you know what's needed and don't just insist on parts you don't need like some places do. Love how friendly they are to, and always get quick service every time! (Been going here for years for both of my vehicles and won't go to any other shop in town!)

I've been coming here for several years ( since they moved into this location on Union) for my basic car repairs. They are always kind, fast and efficiant. I am actually going back today for some maintinance.

I began using Mack's because the location was within walking distance of my home, and I have not been disappointed. The customer service is great and all work done was fully communicated. The mechanic also let me know that new brakes would be needed in coming months but not a rush to get done. I appreciate honesty, and they're extremely honest and helpful.

Mack's Automotive provided excellent service, mounting and aligning new tires, fixing my cruise control, and replacing the AC blower motor. They kept me informed on progress and pricing, and the work was done quickly. Fair prices and great communication -- highly recommend!

Called to see if they could repair my routers and brakes, they did so in such a professional and efficient manner. They told me that they wouldn’t do anything until they provided a cost estimate, which is amazing. Dropped my Jeep off and had it less than 24 hours later. Amazing service. Will continue to come here for auto repairs!
